Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept PayPal. We hope to expand on this and be able to take card payments in the future. If you do not have a PayPal account but still wish to buy an item, please contact us and we can try to arrange for a separate payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to ship internationally, however we would ask that you e-mail us first and request a quote, as prices vary.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery rates are as follows -

£2.99 delivery on all bags and tea towels.
£5.99 delivery to UK mainland addresses for all our prints.

Are you bags and tea towels machine washable?

All bags and tea towels are machine washable, (we suggest at 30°C for environmental considerations), it is recommended that you only iron on the reverse of the bags.

What type of inks do you use in your printing processes?

We use environmentally friendly, water based inks, which are solvent free and non toxic.

If I am unhappy with my product can I return or exchange it?

Yes, we are more than happy to accept returns or provide an exchange if you wish. We ask however that you let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and that you return the item to us in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt.

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and will be sent via Royal Mail first class service, therefore expect your order to arrive within 3 days.

I really need my order to be delivered urgently, is there any way you can help?

If you require urgent delivery within the UK we are more than happy to help, it may be possible to send the item(s) via next day delivery, or even special courier, however please contact us to ask before placing your order to see if this can be arranged.

How will my order be packaged?

All prints will be carefully rolled and packaged in durable cardboard tubes. All bags will be wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a protective envelope. Our Tea Towels are carefully folded and secured, then wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a protective envelope.
